What?
Lat Pulldown
Why?
“This exercise works the lats and a bit of the upper back. This will help build a good V-taper upper body.”- Marshall
How?
“This exercise is performed on the lat pull down machine. Using a straight bar attachment grip near the outer ends. Keep the spine upright and chest out. You then lower the bar to your chest by squeezing your back muscles and not just pulling the bar down to your chest. Pause for a one count at the bottom to focus and ensure you are properly engaging your back muscles. Slowly let bar come back to the top of the movement and fully stretch your lats before starting the next rep.”- Marshall
