Today is another great post for those of y’all who work-out at home!
The third of our 4 week ab series is side-planks!
These are obviously similar to the regular planks we talked about several weeks ago, but a little tougher as you are lifting your body with one arm! Make sure you don’t start to droop your hips down once you get tired.
Y’all know the drill add this on to the other two workouts, and why don’t ya do a few sets of regular planks with these guys added in as well! You won’t regret it, I promise!
