Gosh, is it just me or does it seem like we blink and another week has passed! Oh my word y’all!
Like we mentioned last week, we are doing 4 weeks of abs back-to-back as now is the time to start working on them for that summer bikini I know you’re eyeing, or wait maybe that’s just me!
Today we are doing Russian twists!
I am using a 12lb medicine ball, but trust me you certainly don’t need any weight to “feel the burn”.
These are another great and quick core exercise that is ideal for your obliques!
Here’s where ya start. Front and center, knee together feet lifted off the ground where you have to balance on your butt backside (let’s keep it family friend here!)
You then twist to your right side and make sure your hands or whatever weight is in your hands touches the ground.
Then twist to your left side.
For counting I only count when I touch the ground on my right side, so there are two twists in between your counts. I do 3 sets of 25 twists with a modest break in between to recover.
