Who’s ready for the weekend?! I sure am, hubby and I are having a “cell phone and social media FREE” weekend! Taking the advice from one of my favorites Lara Casey!
I was delighted to open my email this morning to some gorgeous images of our work from BHLDN’s Holiday Card Preview Party that was held a couple weeks ago!
I first met Cynthia, the manager, while picking up a dress for a shoot with one of my sweet friends and awesome photographer, Christa Elyce! I happened to ask if I could get on their list of florists/decorators as they regularly welcome in local vendors to accent their already beautiful store for events! (whew, its always a little nerve racking to ask something like that, but I did it!)
A few weeks later I was ecstatic to learn I had been invited to provide floral for their Holiday Card event!
What I love about BHLDN {and Anthropolgie, their creator} is that their design aesthetic is very organic, and with no particular shape. I appreciate this very much even though its not necessarily my personal aesthetic because it pushed me outside my comfort zone to create something I would not have otherwise.
After a tour of the salon and discussion with Cynthia, here is what we came up with!

Thank you SO much Cynthia and the entire staff at BHLDN for giving me the chance to display some of my work in your beautiful salon! I had a blast working with yall on this project, and thank you so much Dionne for the amazing images!
