Happy Wednesday (almost Thursday) yall!
While January proved to be the busiest month for TMD, this past weekend was absolutely our busiest 3 consecutive days!
I was honored to be invited to go back to my high school and decorate for my drill team’s senior banquet! Mrs. Reagh (the director) emailed after checking out my website, and let me have complete creative control of the event. I designed a Midsummer Nights Dream concept for this event, and it was held at the Arabella Manor in Longview!
I enlisted two of my fabulous vendor friends here in Beaumont, Glenda Little owner of Dressy Designs printed the menu cards, the table numbers, and the senior name cards (more images of the details to come!) I also rented the linens from my favorite linen store, Ocassions!
This event was Thursday evening…
Friday morning, I woke up and headed home (4hr drive) to pick the husband up and drove to Houston (1.5 hr drive), where Natalie Dawley owner of Two Be Wed (the absolute BEST wedding planning firm in Houston) hired me to do floral for a 40th birthday suprise party at The Briar Club for Friday evening.
Red, black, and gold…So rich! Natalie had a concept in her mind and designed the centerpieces, then I executed them! (again more images to come!)
Then on Saturday morning, K (the husband!) and I hopped on a plane headed for Dallas for a corporate awards dinner with the company he works for, The Saxton Group.
A few weeks prior, I was invited to help with the set-up for the dinner, I was beyond thrilled to help with their “Texan” concept!
How’s that for one weekend! Im tired all over again thinking about how I managed to get through with my sanity intact (sort of!).
The Lord blessed the hundred of miles we traveled with safety and time management, and I was so happy each event was atleast a day apart so I could be a part of each one!
Sweet dreams yall, until next time!
xoxo, Tamara
Very proud of you Tamara keep up the awesome work 🙂
